Overview

• The West Queen West BIA (the “Organizer”) runs the Global Game promotion, including sticker collection, free T-shirt redemption, and grand prize draws.
• By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

• Open to residents of Ontario, Canada, aged 18 years or older.
• No purchase is necessary to participate or win a prize. There is a no-purchase entry method described in the “No Purchase Necessary Entry Method” section below.
• Employees, suppliers, and immediate family members of the Organizer and affiliated entities are not eligible.

No Purchase Necessary Entry Method (Step-by-Step)

1. Send email to marketing@westqueenwest.ca with the subject line “Fan Passport No Purchase Entry”
2. Type in the body “No Purchase Necessary Entry” and your name.
3. Submit the entry. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your entry.
4. Entries submitted through the no-purchase method are eligible for the grand prize draws described in these rules.
5. There is no limit on the number of no-purchase entries you may submit, subject to the official rules.

How to Participate and Collect Stickers

• Participants are encouraged to make a purchase to receive a sticker. Purchases are not necessary to participate or win prizes.
• Participants may collect stickers as described in the FAQ sections. A sticker card may be used to track progress toward rewards.

Free T-Shirt Redemption

• Free WQW T-shirt (pictured) is available once the participant has collected 3 stickers and provides a photo of a passport card as verification.
• T-shirts can be collected in person at Heel Boy (773 Queen St W) & Trinity Market (768A Queen St W) during their business hours.
• Alternatively, participants will receive redemption instructions by email, including locations to redeem the T-shirt.
• T-shirt sizes are subject to in-store availability and only available while supplies last.
• The deadline to collect T-shirts is July 31, 2026.

Prize Draws

• Grand prize draws take place on Saturdays during the promotional period and are announced on the Organizer’s social media channels.
• Winners are notified by email.
• Grand prize draws occur on the following Saturdays: June 13, June 20, June 27, July 4, July 11, July 18, July 25, and July 31, 2026.
• No limit on entries. Each eligible entry submitted in accordance with these rules counts toward the prize pool.

Prize Descriptions and Odds

• Grand prize: Up to a total value of $500 (specific prize tiers and eligible items described in official rules).
• Winners will be contacted by email using the information supplied at entry.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of entry email, the Organizer may select an alternate winner.
• Details of all prizes, eligibility criteria, and odds disclosures are provided in the official rules document linked below and accessible via QR code.

Privacy and Data Handling

• Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
• By participating, you consent to use of your name and likeness in promotional materials if you are selected as a prize winner.

Disclaimers

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to applicable law.
• Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release before the prize is awarded.

General Conditions

• The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations.
• The Grand Prize winner must comply with all terms, including eligibility verification.

• Entry Limits: Each eligible entry counts toward the total number of entries allowed per person.
• Prize Descriptions: Prizes, their approximate retail value, and any applicable taxes or shipping costs are described in the official rules.
• Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted by email using the information supplied at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within a 7 day period, the Organizer may select an alternate winner.
• Winner Notification:  Prize winners must claim their prize within seven (7) days of being contacted by the Organizer. If a selected winner does not respond within that time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
• Publicity: By accepting a prize, the winner grants permission to use their name, likeness, and city of residence in promotional materials without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• Privacy: Personal data will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
• Disputes: Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
• Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants release the Organizer and its affiliates from liability arising from participation in the promotion and awarding or use of prizes, to the extent permitted by law.
