About the Exhibition
Lingering Echoes brings together sound-centered artworks by Aliyah Aziz, Ghislan Sutherland-Timm, Middle, Tanya Workman, and Winta Hagos. The exhibition explores themes of resistance, embodiment, silence, and collective resilience, asking where the individual ends and the collective begins within shared space and time.
This show is the culmination of the “Sounding Spaces” course, part of the Train to Present program led by instructor and artist Nicole Marchesseau.
