Commercial Façade and Property Improvement Program

  • The Commercial Façade and Property Improvement Grant Program is now accepting applications
APPLICATION
  • Completed application forms should be submitted via email to [email protected] by May 6.

  • The Commercial – Industrial Façade and Property Improvement Program provides funding to commercial and industrial property owners to redesign, renovate or restore commercial or industrial building façades.

Eligibility

  • Applicant must be the property owner or have the permission of the property owner
  • Building and property must be located in a Business Improvement Area (BIA)
  • Applicant must not owe outstanding taxes to the City
  • Applicant must not start your improvement project before the funding application is approved
  • Applicant must not have received the maximum façade improvement funding for your property in previous years

cafeTO

  • On February 5, 2021, City Council approved a report to authorize a reprisal of the CaféTO program from April 15, 2021 to April 14, 2022.
REPORT
  • Registration for the expanded CaféTO program will begin in late February
  • The first approved CaféTO curb lane closure locations for 2021 would be in installed as soon as May.

Insurance Requirements

  • All applicants for CaféTO will be required to submit a complete Certificate of Insurance. Comprehensive Liability Coverage of at least $1,000,000 is required.
