Phil Carter, WQW member, WQW Board member, former WQW Chair, and all round amazing gentleman, has won the 2020 Eric Arthur Lifetime Achievement Award from the Architectural Conservancy Ontario

The Award recognizes his outstanding contribution to the heritage conservation movement in Ontario over a sustained period of time.
