Chef Daniel Holloway, a culinary chameleon known for blending refined French-Italian technique with rustic, soul-warming flavours, bringing over 25 years of experience and an instinct for innovation to the table.
Currently a sous chef at Vinny on King St West and teaching at George Brown College, Daniel continues to shape the next generation of chefs while crafting dishes that blur the line between artistry and comfort.
From viennoiserie at The Tempered Room to pasta at Buca Osteria & Bar and Bar Prima, his journey has taken him through some of Toronto’s most respected kitchens—and even to San Francisco’s three Michelin-star Atelier Crenn.
