Davie Studios presents: Blues is a deeply intimate and sentimental live jazz experience, created for winter nights when the music needs to feel as warm as the room. This marks the debut of Davie Studios’ fifth project, bringing a small quartet of Toronto’s finest jazz musicians to Cassette for a night of moody, romantic, and soul-stirring sound.
The evening centres around improvisation and emotional storytelling, weaving together classic jazz sensibilities with a modern edge. Designed to carry audiences through the darker months, Blues is about connection, atmosphere, and letting the music do the talking.
