Graffiti Removal Program

West Queen West BIA has engaged the services of Goodbye Graffiti to remove (or cover) graffiti from buildings along the West Queen West corridor.  This service began in 2008. The BIA wants to ensure that members receive the best service possible and we continue to assess the efficacy and need over the coming months. If you are a BIA member – run a business or own a building along our street between Bathurst and Gladstone– and have a problem with graffiti or with the removal service please use these links to let us know.

Goodbye Graffiti employees patrol and deal with graffiti on a regular basis. But information about tagging can also be passed along directly.

If members use the e-mail links below, WQW BIA and the graffiti removal company will be able track incidents and ensure continued improvement to service.

I’VE BEEN TAGGED, WHO DO I TELL?

Send your specific request for graffiti removal via the BIA web site via the BIA contact form and select the "Graffiti Removal" in the contact options. Goodbye Graffiti will respond the same day to let you know when tagging will be removed.

CAN YOU MAKE SURE THE COLOUR MATCHES?

GG tries to match colours, however it may take more than one try.
If you supply the colour name and/or code (or left-over paint), it will make this process easier. Please note: paint will not be returned, GG will match and record colour information in their data base and can provide you with the information any time you require it.

THIS IS ART

If you want to keep graffiti on your building or storefront or are engaging in a special project that an enthusiastic graffiti-removal employee might misunderstand, please let us know that you do not want to receive this service. Send your opting-out message via the BIA web site. Please provide the address and contact name in your email.

FOLLOW-UP AND FOLLOW-THROUGH

Grafitti removal crews do their best to work efficiently and carefully. But problems can happen. Please report any problem that requires attention, as soon as possible.
