The terms and conditions outlined in the following Privacy Statement apply to users, viewers and all people who accessing the West Queen West Business Improvement Association (WQW BIA) Web site (www.westqueenwest.ca). Your privacy is important to us. We will never sell, borrow or rent information provided to us.

You can access our Web site home page and browse all pages of our site without disclosing your personal data. All information provided is on a voluntary basis.
The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the WQW BIA Web site. Personal information is collected when you voluntarily register to receive WQW BIA’s email newsletter. If you choose to register you will be required to provide WQW BIA with your name and email address.
The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself to complete your request for information. We do not share this information with outside parties.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
You can register with our Web site if you would like to receive our email newsletter as well as updates on events in WQW BIA.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our Web site and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our Web site but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

If you would like to add or remove yourself from our email newsletter distribution list your may do so at any time by clicking the "Click here to unsubscribe from this newsletter" link in the email footer of the newsletter. Prior to being added to our distribution list, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. You must follow the instructions contained within the email and click on the included link for your request to be completed. We use this procedure to verify your identity. To change your information, you must use a two step process: 1) remove yourself from the list (as above) and 2) add yourself with the correct information.
