At Bang Fitness, we believe in training you like an athlete. Whether you compete internationally or only race as far as the front yard, our base approach is the same. That's because we know that your goals - whatever they may be - will be best served by you becoming leaner, faster and stronger.
Bang Fitness is focused on what works. We take the best of old-school training and combine it with a progressive approach to function and injury-prevention. We're dedicated and enthusiastic. We treasure new research like nerds treasure Linux. We're fun even when we're being merciless. And we're holistic even though that word sometimes makes us cringe.
Our services range from personal training and group conditioning classes to athletic therapy and nutritional counselling. We do our best to cover all the bases.
We believe that theres more to the gym than just the gym. At the end of the day, we want to ensure that you not only achieve your goals, but gain the strength to accomplish more (way more) than you ever expected. Looking better naked just comes with the territory.
