We were started by two brothers, Nick and Fred Laliberte.
We like poutine.
Scratch that… we like really good poutine.
We do one kind of poutine and we do it well.
We like being our own bosses.
Our awesome restaurant was built by one uncle with wood that came from another uncle.
We like to keep it in the family.
Our poutine comes with 100% biodegradable cornstarch forks because we like the world we live in and don’t want to have to move to another planet.
