QSTC (Queen Street Treatment Clinic)

Teamed with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, the Queen Street Mental Health Centre is the largest psychiatric facility in Toronto. This facility offers more than 400 beds and several out-patient clinics. The Centre provides emergency psychiatric assessments and treatment for high-risk patients, as well as services for patients with ongoing psychiatric problems. Community support programs to help with house-hunting and budget management are available, as is an information database of recreational and educational programs for psychiatric patients. Their Workman Theatre Project provides training and experience by integrating patients into a nonprofit theatre company.
